FIELD PERMIT APPLICATIONS

All Walpole Recreation field use requires a seasonal field permit.
Permits are non-transferable and remain valid solely for the organization or individual specified as the permit holder. Permit applications are available below. Applications are accepted after the initial seasonal deadline, with applicants being awarded field time after the initial applications are processed.

    *A Walpole Based Youth Sports Organization is defined as a volunteer-run, non-profit organization located in Walpole that primarily serves Walpole residents under the age of 18.
