PART-TIME POSITIONS
**application deadline is April 1st
Attention Parents & Applicants
At Walpole Recreation, many of our summer positions are first jobs, and we’re proud to help young community members build confidence, responsibility, and workplace skills.
We kindly ask that applicants complete and submit their own applications and communicate directly with our staff throughout the hiring process. Learning how to apply for a job and speak on one’s own behalf is an important part of that growth.
Parents, we truly appreciate your support in your child’s employment journey. The best way to help is by encouraging them to take the lead. Help us help your child grow by allowing them to navigate this process independently.
We look forward to meeting our future summer team!
— Walpole Recreation Department
The Walpole Recreation Department is seeking energetic, responsible, and reliable applicants for part-time, seasonal program instructor and coaching positions. Instructors and coaches help plan and implement daily recreational activities that promote a fun, engaging, and positive environment for program participants of all ages.
Seasonal jobs are very competitive - the number of applicants usually exceeds the number of positions available each year, particularly with the larger, well-known programs. Please note - due to the number of positions available, unfortunately, not all applicants will receive an interview.
First preference will be given to applicants who will be available through this entire duration. A limited number of positions will also be available at various times during the year.
